The International African Diaspora Reparations Tribunal (IADRT)

The IADT came into existence around the trial of political prisoner Imam Jamil Al-Amin. The Tribunal was formed because the only proper vehicle to address Genocide are Human Rights Tribunals (e.g Neurenberg, Rwanda, Bosnia, South Africa, Australia, and Sierra Leone).

The Tribunal comprises, International Human Rights attorneys, Professors, Historians, Psychologists, Actuarials and  Economists  who are gathered to assess the injuries of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Genocide and to postulate remedies.

The main body of law used by the Tribunal to postulate the remedies is called "Human Restorative Law". This type of law is specially crafted to deal with the many injuries of Genocide, such as loss of life, liberty, land rights, lost educational opportunities along with rehabilitation of physical and mental injuries, and access to the offending nations court system.
